Terms and Conditions of Web Hosting Service:

Payment: The web hosting service provided by HostPika requires payment in advance for the selected hosting plan. The payment terms and fees will be outlined in the invoice or agreement provided by HostPika.

Duration: The duration of the web hosting service will be specified in the agreement or invoice. The service will be active for the agreed-upon period, starting from the date of activation.

Cancellation of Service: If the client wishes to cancel the web hosting service before the agreed-upon period expires, they must notify HostPika in writing or through the designated cancellation process.

Early Termination: In the event of early termination of the web hosting service, the client will be responsible for paying the remaining balance for the agreed-upon period, which will be equivalent to one year of hosting fees.

Moving Domain or Hosting: If the client intends to move their domain or hosting to another service provider, they must notify HostPika in writing or through the designated transfer process.

Advance Payment: In case of domain or hosting transfer, the client will be required to pay one year's hosting fees in advance.

Refunds: The web hosting service fees are non-refundable, except in cases where HostPika fails to provide the agreed-upon services or if the cancellation is initiated by HostPika.

Termination by HostPika: HostPika reserves the right to terminate the web hosting service or suspend the client's account in the event of a violation of the terms and conditions, non-payment of fees, or any activity that may harm the server or network.

Data Backup: While HostPika takes reasonable measures to ensure data integrity, it is the client's responsibility to maintain backups of their website, databases, and other files. HostPika shall not be held liable for any loss of data.

Change of Terms: HostPika reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. The updated terms will be effective immediately upon publication on HostPika's website or notification to the client.

By availing of our web hosting services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions. Failure to comply with these terms may result in the termination of the web hosting service
